Bravi Platforms continues its growth and innovation by launching a new tool to support our customers’ technical divisions: technical streaming training.

This digital solution makes service support more accessible and effective. It debuts with a technical video on the Leonardo HD aerial work platform, available online in five languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French, and German.

Thanks to the use of 3D technology, we offer an immersive experience that allows users to virtually explore the machine and immediately understand its structure, operation, and working logic. This visual approach makes learning simpler, faster, and more effective.

With this initiative, we aim to provide a practical tool that supports technicians in their daily work, helping reduce intervention times and promoting correct and informed use of the platforms. At the same time, the training also supports our customers’ sales networks by facilitating the delivery of accurate and reliable technical information.

As our CEO Pierino Bravi explains, this initiative is part of a broader strategy to strengthen customer relationships through digital solutions that complement technical manuals and after-sales services, with the goal of enhancing the overall product experience.

The streaming training project is set to expand further: in the second half of the year, this format will also be available for the Bravi Sprint model, extending our digital support offering.
