At the exhibition, we will present the Residential 170

the first platform for residential construction sites.

Residential construction is characterized by compact job sites, diverse activities, and tight operating schedules. In this context, working at height requires solutions that can adapt to limited spaces and to frequent, distributed tasks throughout the day.

To meet these needs, the Residential 170 has been developed as a complete work platform that integrates access at height, movement, and tool transport into a single solution.

The goal is to support a more continuous and organized operating model, reducing the fragmentation typical of traditional equipment.

The Residential 170 is a compact and lightweight platform, suitable for operating in indoor environments such as corridors, elevators, doorways, technical spaces, and sensitive surfaces.

It enables guided movement between workstations and allows tools and materials to be kept on board at all times, ensuring continuity in elevated tasks and greater operational simplicity.

The machine is designed to be intuitive to use and quick to deploy.
