Whistleblowing is a direct communication system between each individual resource of BRAVI-PLATFORMS S.R.L and the Ethics Committee through which it is possible to report illicit conduct of which one has become aware by virtue of one’s employment relationship.
Through this system, a monitoring and reporting system is implemented that allows the early identification of a solution to certain problems as well as the prevention of others.
The aim is to introduce, in addition to the system of ordinary controls, a direct communication method between each individual employee and the Ethics Committee that, guaranteeing the anonymity of the whistleblower, can achieve the objective of continuous improvement of the company organization.

In the case of reporting by registered mail, please prepare two separate envelopes:
the first with the reporting person’s identification data, address and telephone number to be contacted, as well as a copy of their identification document;
the second with the subject, description of the report and the name of the company where they are employed;
Both envelopes must be placed in a third external envelope marked “RESERVED FOR THE ETHICS COMMITTEE”.

ATTENTION
Reports, if anonymous, will be taken into consideration only if supported by serious and consistent evidence. In the absence of such evidence, the person making a report must always indicate his or her name and surname.
The Ethics Committee will take care to adopt the appropriate measures to guarantee the anonymity of the reporter with regard to his or her identity, the content of the report and the documentation provided.
