VINCI Construction | Sogea Picardie
Context & goal
At the residential construction site in Beauvais, the finishing and ceiling work had to be carried out in confined indoor spaces, where ladders and scaffolding were inefficient and unsafe. To address these challenges, the Residential 170 platform was chosen, allowing operators to work independently, move easily between units, and operate safely, stably, and efficiently.
Refining walls and edges close to internal stairs.
Ceiling finishing at a working height of 250cm / 8 ft 2 in under slab.
Completing and preparing prefabricated concrete walls for final finishing.
The Residential 170 platform proved to be an innovative solution for residential construction sites, allowing operators to work more smoothly and safely even in hard-to-reach spaces. Thanks to its compactness and versatility, it enabled easy access to areas that would be awkward or unsafe with ladders, facilitating finishing and ceiling work, reducing work time, and improving overall efficiency without compromising safety or comfort.
